Shipping Information
We are now only using SurePost as our shipping method. SurePost is a service provided by UPS that offers affordable residential delivery. While it used to involve a handoff to USPS for the final leg, it’s now fully managed by UPS—meaning UPS handles the entire delivery process from start to finish. This change improves tracking reliability and delivery consistency, but it also means SurePost no longer delivers to P.O. Boxes or military addresses. Delivery typically takes 2 to 7 business days, depending on your location.
Free shipping: We do offer free shipping for orders over $100. This is only applicable to the Contiguous U.S.
Shipping to Alaska and Hawaii: We can only ship to these destinations via USPS Priority Mail. Our system cannot accurately calculate the shipping cost when more than one item is ordered. It is something that we are constantly trying to solve, but in the meantime please feel free to email us a request for a quote. We’re more than happy to assist! Reach out to us at [email protected].
International Shipping
We currently ship within the United States only. While we hope to expand our shipping options internationally in the future, we do not offer international shipping at this time.
If our shipping policy changes, we will update our website accordingly.

Return Policy
We stand behind the quality of our products and want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not, you may return the item within 30 days of delivery.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within a certain number of days.
Please note the following deductions will be made from your refund:
- A $10 restocking fee will be applied per returned item.
- For orders that received free shipping, our original shipping cost will be deducted from your refund.
Items Damaged in Shipping
Please do not be alarmed if the shipping carton is damaged. This sometimes happens, but the tool inside is rarely damaged. Before refusing shipment, please inspect the tool and you will usually find it is in fine condition. If the tool is damaged, please email [email protected] and we will arrange for return and replacement. If your item has slight surface rust then apply some oil, file the blade, and/or use steel wool until desired. Learn more about caring for your machete.
Payment Information
We accept all major credit cards as a form of payment. Please do not send payment in the form of cash, personal check, money order, or cashier’s checks. As a strictly online business, all payments must be submitted electronically via our website, which uses TLS with 256-bit encryption to ensure the security of your information.
