Lovely high quality blade and so versatile it’s exactly what we needed. It sings when it cuts, meaning it’s extremely good steel. I can’t say enough about it.

My wife straight up stole this from me for use in the kitchen. It’s small enough to tuck in a drawer but has enough weight to make short work of large squash, etc. It also excels at cutting and serving pizza. The slot for the blade tang in the handle was cut roughly and crooked. I wrapped mine in electrical tape which helped a lot. The edge was much better than expected. The separate sheath is a waste of money. It leaves the blade exposed at the rear. The cardboard sleeve this comes with covered in gorilla tape works far better.

Above average primary edge from the factory. Curved grip is more comfortable than I expected and allows good purchase on the tool. Orange color is not for everyone but appears to be well applied.
