The colima or acapulqueno machete possesses a paddle-shaped blade that comes factory sharpened on both sides. The spine of the blade has a bulge for added heft on the weaker backstroke, which allows effective cutting in both directions. This has the thinnest blade of all the colima style machetes.

The Imacasa 22″Colima is one of the best light weight machete’s in the world!this is a tool that can be swung for long periods of time without getting too tired. Cutting in both directions allows for faster more effective cutting of light vegetation and grass. It holds a edge great and Imacasa warrantees all their products. This is my personal favorite machete for cutting light stuff in the summer months of the south.
