The chumpa machete is like a bush/ Latin styled machete, but features a slightly more weighted blade than, for example, the pata de cuche. That said, in many ways this is a classic utility machete.

Gregory Stroud –
I am a land surveyor and have carried a machete most of my life. So far this is the best one I have owned. I do not like a heavy machete as it wears my arm out after cutting all day in the woods. This one is just the right weight and size for me. If you are looking for a dependable machete this is the one.
