The “pata de cuche” machete represents, in many ways, the prototypical machete shape. Fairly evenly weighted along the entire blade, it is easily slipped in a sheath for portability.

Blade came with a couple slight bends, and the factory edge grind was the worst I’ve ever seen. Hopefully you own a power grinder and have a steady hand if you hope to put a decent edge on this 28″ blade. It’s what 20$ gets you I suppose
